My Mission
It is to help others make better decisions when it comes to health.
We all know how hard it is to flip that switch in us and stay motivated/disciplined.
That’s why we should try to make the best out of it and make the healthier options easier to acces.
I am not an health expert but I am in fact someone who has experienced a lot healthwise and who has learned a lot on my own by throwing myself into a gym with 0 knowledgde of what I was doing.
After years I have found out what the key to better lifestyle is so I want to give you that information so you wont have to struggle too much to find it out yourself! 🙂
My personal Experiences
As someone who has been trough a path of first trying to lose a bunch of weight thinking that the smart move was to exercise very intensively every single day, eat less and eat barely any protein.
That has finally found out that this was only a way to releapse into a bad binging cycle. So now I found better ways to not only lose weight but also create musclesmass and look more toned!
Sidenote: Yes I used to think that having more muclemass wil make you look more bulky as a woman but that it definlitely wrong information that the media has been spreading.
It is the only way to look more toned.
